This section contains a list of my Jarre collection as well as links to
the cover images. There seem to be a few sync problems. Sometime when I
sync the site certain pages are unavailable. I'll pass on what the deal
is when I figure it out.
November 2000 Archives
- I noticed that search engines were going after the links on my homepage, so I reordered them to boost traffic to some parts of the site. We'll see how it goes. I added Jarrepalloza to the PDA site and am working on the phone version. Ah yes, Europe 1996 should go mobile soon. In the near future, I am going to break this page out by the different sites: Web, PDA, Mobile so you can quickly check what's new with your favorite site.
Added Europe 1997 and Sweden 1999 to Trip Diaries Section
The site continues to grow and match up with the regular site. Once you get the hang of it, it actually doesn't take too long.
- Did the SSI thingy to Sweden 1999 and Europe 1997 Trip Diaries. They are now accessable via the cell phone as well as the PDA site. learned a few tricks along the way and ran into the 9 item limitation on cell phones. But it is up and just in time to wow the relatives at the holidays :) Now only Europe 1996 awaits treatment, and then it is off to work on converting jarrepalooza!
- Thanks to Dave Haber, I am pleased to announce that the Club Josh Mobile Edition v1.0 is now available. Dave helped out by adapting a Perl program to take my update file and breaking it up to cell phone length. Duly inspired, I added the Walt Disney World Trip Diaries to the phone as well. Europe '98 should follow soon thereafter, and then the others. In the back of my mind exists an application for the Gorn page. We'lll see if it springs up...
- Thanks to my SSI adventure, I was able to post a new version of the Club Josh Handheld Edition. I know, I know the name sucks - I'm working on it. Now the handheld site features the Europe 1998 and Walt Disney World Trip Diaries as well as the Daily Update and archives. I am a bit concerned what will happen when I have a whole month's worth of updates and if the page will download or be too big. I guess we have to wait until November. Oh yes, you can add the Club Josh Handheld Edition by clicking on the link from the homepage.
